We offer a 15% off discount on your next purchase when you send back any cloth baggies or provide some form of proof that you have recycled styrofoam by sending it to a recycling facility that accepts it. (See the shipping and returns page for specifics.)
Know what you're getting!
We are always willing to take pictures of the actual group of insects that you will be receiving! Under most circumstances pictures (with size reference) are available to be sent directly to you so that you can see the actual insects you will be getting. If you are unsatisfied with the insects you see, we can send more of different insects until you are satisfied with them. Most pictures will be taken with a high quality phone camera (iPhone) but more expensive insects (or insects bought singly) can be shot with our nicer cameras so that you will get a better idea of what we have. Simply contact us with a request for the species you wish to purchase along with a quantity and any other instructions.
